I keep a running list of “free tasks” that I want AI to run for me in parallel, especially Claude Cowork managing Claude Chrome, while I’m doing other work. Ex: I had it go into my Calendly, set up a new work schedule, set up custom booking links for all of my clients with that schedule (including updating the client name in title and questions plus custom URL), and draft emails to all my clients with their links. Ex: Turn my client recap into a PDF guide. Attach it to all my client recap emails. Errors: - it defaulted the calendar link to western timezone, I didn’t specify eastern (assumed it would read off the computer or from memory) - the guide had terrible non-normal page breaks - Claude manages attachments poorly; it attached the guide only to 30% of the emails, I told it to do the rest, it got up to 70%…in another use case it claimed there was no attachment in an email when there was and I downloaded it manually to then kick off the task
